02 / The commercial system

One company. Four connected capabilities.

UNIMOD connects distinct brand building with practical market knowledge and carefully defined commercial relationships.

Understand the full system →
01

Brand Development

UNIMOD creates and develops proprietary consumer brands with their own positioning, audience, identity and commercial direction. The aim is not one generic label under different names, but a portfolio of distinct propositions.

NAXMERE™, WORTHON and the confidential HOUSE 03 programme form the current owned portfolio.
02

Trade & Distribution

UNIMOD explores practical commercial routes suited to individual brands and products, including wholesale, stockist, reseller, distribution and appropriate fulfilment opportunities.

Every opportunity is considered in relation to the relevant brand and product; no single commercial model is implied across the portfolio.
03

Digital Commerce & Market Development

Practical marketplace activity gives UNIMOD direct exposure to product selection, listing, pricing, presentation, packaging, fulfilment and customer demand. That feedback can inform future brand and commercial decisions.

Current marketplace stores sell mixed third-party products and are intentionally not promoted as owned-brand destinations at this stage.
04

International Sourcing Relationships

Independent relationships in Bangladesh can support conversations around garment sourcing, product development and manufacturing coordination through the appropriate specialist business.

Fashion Bay of Bengal is the identified independent strategic sourcing partner—not a UNIMOD department or subsidiary.

03 / Owned portfolio

Different brands. Deliberately different worlds.

Each owned brand is developed for its own customer, proposition and future—not as a variation of one UNIMOD house style.

04 / Independent strategic partner

A clearer route between requirement and capability.

Strategic Sourcing Partner — Fashion Bay of Bengal. Independent Bangladesh-based buying house supporting garment sourcing, product development and manufacturing coordination.

Fashion Bay of Bengal is not a UNIMOD brand, department or subsidiary. It is intended to work with independent clients; UNIMOD and its brands may themselves become clients of this independent business.

05 / Company posture

Serious by structure, not by scale.

Credibility comes from truthful language, authentic identities, useful systems and relationships that are named for what they are.

Current reality

Practical clothing-commerce experience.

UNIMOD already has practical experience in clothing commerce through online marketplaces. That work includes sourcing stock, product selection, stock control, listing, pricing, ecommerce presentation, packaging, fulfilment and UK parcel dispatch. The public website focuses on where the company is going rather than promoting mixed third-party marketplace activity.

Direction

A portfolio designed to grow carefully.

UNIMOD is building an evolving commercial ecosystem rather than operating as one single consumer-facing brand. Distinct brands, practical routes to market and clearly defined independent relationships sit within one structured long-term approach.

01

UK commercial base

A UK-based company creating a clear home for brand development, trade activity and commercial relationships.

02

Practical market exposure

Hands-on ecommerce and clothing resale activity gives UNIMOD direct contact with product presentation, fulfilment and customer demand.

03

Distinct brand propositions

Owned brands retain their own audience, identity and direction while their relationship to UNIMOD remains explicit.

04

Transparent relationships

Owned brands, an independent sourcing partner and the wider strategic network are identified as different relationship types.

Independent relationships. Clearly named.

A quieter layer of the UNIMOD ecosystem, kept distinct from ownership and strategic sourcing.
